Sometimes TV Channels links may change and you need to update them. If the original file with all the channels is huge, and you need to lookup and verify each link to match your destination file, this can be quite a hassle…
We wanted to solve that problem…
Crazy M3U Updater will let you load your destination file you want to verify. Will let you load the huge list from either a local file or your Xtream/Xcodes credentials and will verify is everything is still the same, and will update the link in case it changed (only visually, not yet saved).
In case you’re satisfied, you can save this new structure, back to the original filename, or a new filename, as you prefer…
For now the program is limited to M3U format only (so not M3U8 or M3U Plus files)
System Requirements:
– Microsoft Windows 7 SP1 and above (or Windows Server 2008 R2 and above)
– Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 installed (in case you need it, download it here from Microsoft)
– 200MB of free disk space (for temp files)
– At least 1024×768 screen resolution

Usage:
– Just start the executable file on a location your user can write to (needed for temp files)
– Load your M3U file you want to verify from disk
– Load the huge M3U file with the new links from either disk or Xtream/Xcodes
– Hit ‘Verify’ to load them into the editor
– Check the Changes column to see what changed, of just check the number of changes below
– Save your new updated M3U file

Smartscreen Error:
It’s possible Windows Smartscreen will give a blue warning window saying this program was written by an unknown publisher. For the moment you will have to allow it to run anyway. In the near future we will invest in a signing certificate (500USD/year) to make this go away.
